Returns and refunds

At Garnella Scents, we want you to love your fragrance. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfume products are returned and refund policy is as follows:

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under these conditions:

  • The item is unused unopened and it’s in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase is provided. (order number or receipt)

For hygiene and safety reasons and opened or used perfumes cannot be returned, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives, damaged, leaking or defective:

  • contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • provide photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Allergic Reactions or Sensitivities

we are not responsible for individual allergic reactions or sensitivities. We strongly recommend reviewing ingredient list before use refunds or returns will not be issued for these cases.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
  • shipping fees are nonrefundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchages

we do not offer direct exchanges if eligible you may return the item and place a new order separately.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for the loss returns

Final Sale Items

The fall items are not refundable and not returnable:

  • Opened or used products
  • Clearance or final sale items
