During high demand periods processing times may be slightly delayed

Fragrance Shipping Restrictions

perfume products may be classified as hazardous materials (flammable liquids) and our subject to shipping regulations. As a result:

Some shipping methods or locations may be unavailable
Air shipping options may be limited or restricted, depending on carrier policies

Order Tracking

once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update

Delivery Issues

Lost or stolen packages:

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Garnella Scents It’s not responsible for your loss or stolen items. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Packages

if your order arrives damaged or leaking:

contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos of the packaging and product
